How MazaLabs protects your store, your customers and your money.

Payments

Card payments go through Stripe and PayPal, straight to your own account. Card numbers never touch MazaLabs: we never see or store them.

Your customers’ data

• Every store and the whole app run on HTTPS. Custom domains get their certificate automatically.
• Customer delivery addresses are encrypted in our database.
• Each business’s data is kept apart from every other business on MazaLabs.
• Shoppers in the EU get a cookie choice before any tracking, and you can export or delete a customer’s data on request.

Your account and your team

• Turn on two-factor sign-in in your settings.
• Give each person a role and only the stores they work on. Sales totals, payouts and settings stay with the people you choose.
• Team activity shows who changed what.

Found a security issue? Write to support@mazalabs.com with "Security" in the subject. We look into every report and keep you posted until it is fixed.
